Charming ruffles and handmade rosebud bullions adorn the neck and smocked bodice. Beneath the smocking, soft gathered pleats descend until the hem of the dress, finished off with sharp horizontal pintucks. A great dress for 1st Birthday Pictures, holiday get-togethers, or Baby's first portrait. Ties in the back with a sash in sizes 12 - 24 months.
