Shipping & Returns

In-Store & Online Purchases: 

All CLEARANCE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS & HOLIDAY ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of the original ship date. 

See below for online exchange instructions:

Email us at LillyJaceKids@gmail.com for an RA. Packages will not be accepted without an RA attached. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the exchange. You may also return for a store credit. For online orders, an online gift card will be made and emailed. Please ship back via trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. All items must be unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors. JEWELRY and HAIR accessories are FINAL SALES.

All CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts:

If you receive a gift from our store, you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.

If you decide to do a store credit, we will give you a gift card within store. We do not offer any refunds for store gifts. Please bring your gift receipt with you. If you do not have a gift receipt, we will need to know the name of the purchaser of your gift. 

We do not offer price adjustments. 

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  

PROMOTIONS

All orders placed with a discount code are final sale. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction this includes store credit. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is placed.

10% OFF EMAIL SIGN-UP CODE:
If you sign up for the 10% off code & give us your email, and then unsubscribe from emails, your order will not be valid for returns, store credit or exchanges. You also opt out on all future discount codes.
This code is given to you as a courtesy and not to be used in ill manner.

BLACK FRIDAY & BEAT THE CLOCK: ALL SALES FINAL. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, cancelled, or returned after the purchase is complete. Items in your cart are not reserved until you checkout. Items purchased with a discount are FINAL SALE. If our inventory is off, you will be refunded via your original payment method for the out-of-stock items. Due to the nature of the promotion expect longer processing times. We do not offer any price adjustments or price matching. The sale will automatically apply to your cart. The sale ONLY includes items in the Black Friday or Beat the Clock collections which can all be found under the sale tab in the main menu. 

SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 24-48 Hours by USPS

Personalized items allow up to 2 weeks. During the Holidays, Expect longer processing and shipping times. During the Holidays, carrier trucks are carrying more volume than normal and thus longer delivery times.
